Innova cabs FAQ

Whenever possible, we try to arrange a cab and driver as soon as possible. The reservation confirmation email has been sent to you. Please check it. It includes a link to "Live booking updates". You will be able to see the details here as soon as your cab and driver are assigned. Anyhow, you'll receive the details well in advance of your travel date
Most of our cabs are equipped with Fast tags, though not all. Cabs plying common highway routes tend to have Fast Tags, but we can't guarantee that all Innova cabs have it
In addition to taxes, taxi service is included in the fare. No food, sightseeing, entrance fees, Guide Services, tolls, or state permits are included in the fare.
While most of our drivers use GPS to track the route, it is not mandatory. Using Google Map for location tracking, customers can track their route. Our customer service team is available 24x7 via online chat & phone to assist our customers.
All our cars are A/C. During the trip, the A/C system should always work. For trips to hilly areas, the A/C must be turned off to avoid overloading the engine while driving in hilly terrain.
Sure, we can arrange multiple pickups and drops. Give us a detailed itinerary and we will take care of everything. Also, you will be responsible for driving any additional kilometers on your trip that exceed the kilometers you have included in your itinerary. In order to fulfill the requirements of your reservation, you must complete the entire itinerary. So we request that you let us know your itinerary. This isry so that we can document it and so that the driver is aware of all the details before your trip begins. It is imperative to note that the quoted price will change depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to itinerary, waypoints, driving terrain, local union fees, local restrictions, and the estimated distances to be travelled in the itinerary.
Sorry, we do not provide self-drive cars. Innova cabs is India's leader in chauffeur-driven outstation cab service . Our driver drives up to your doorstep with the vehicle and drives you around during your entire journey.
Google API is used to calculate the amount based on the approximate roundtrip distance and the duration of use. Additional local kilometers travelled by guests are not included in this calculation.
The booking is confirmed instantly. 2 hours before travel, you will receive details about your cab.
It is calculated based on mileage and number of days between our offices.
It will be our responsibility to arrange an alternative cab if this happens.

Should the booking be canceled, Innova Cabs' cancellation policy states:
  • There will be no charge for cancellations made before 48 hours of the pick-up time
  • Upon pickup, 10% of the rental amount will be deducted.
  • Upon pick-up, 25% of the rental amount will be deducted
  • There will be a 50% deduction from the rental amount if the rental is picked up within 1 to 12 hours
  • If you pick up your vehicle before one hour of the rental period, you will be charged for 100% of the rental amount
  • Payments made by cash will be refunded by check, and payments made by card will be refunded automatically .
